GCRO commissioned a 6 000 sample survey (fieldwork provided by DRA which won a highly competitive tender) to measure the quality of life, socio-economic circumstances, attitudes to service delivery, psycho-social attitudes, value-base and other characteristics of the Gauteng City-Region.
