State of the Gauteng City-Region Review

The State of the Gauteng City-Region is a multi-media output based on information collected from the QCRO's 2009 'Quality of Life' Survey, the OECD Territorial Review of the GCR process, the development of various other benchmarks and indicators, and GIS data acquisition. It reviews dynamics and trends in a range of areas, including the economy, governance, quality of life and sustainability, amongst others.

This innovative product was formally launched on Monday 17 October 2011. The full Review is available online via the State of the GCR link.

GCRO is currently working on a second Review, which will be launched in 2013.
