Client:
Office of the Premier Metropolis is an international association of member cities and city-regions. It provides a forum for leaders of agglomerations over 1 million people to share learning and explore issues of common concern. The work of Metropolis is driven through Standing Commissions. The Premier’s Office requested GCRO to prepare a case study on the Gauteng metropolitan region, for submission to Metropolis Commission 2: Urban Growth Management.
