Higher Education in GCR: Discussion Groups

GCRO is conducting a set of 5 critical discussion groups in the month of November, as part of the Transformation in Higher Education in the GCR project. The discussion groups explore how higher education can play a role in the developmental agenda of the Gauteng city-region. We are consulting various sectors (government, academia, business/industry and civil society/organised labour) for their inputs on the place of higher education in the vision of the global Gauteng city-region vision. We conclude the process with a final ‘mixed’ inter-sectoral session to discuss a collective way forward. Details are as follows:
